Young Drinking Coconuts are very different to a traditional coconut, instead of a hairy brown shell they are bright, white and cut into a conical shape. The Green husk has been removed. Harvesting young gives the coconuts a milder refreshing flavour. Just chop the top off, pop in a straw and you are good to go
