Dried Shitake Mushrooms
Dried shiitake mushrooms are perfect for adding flavour to your dishes. After rehydrating keep the stock and add to soups, stews and gravies for a wonderfully rich taste.
To rehydrate, soak the mushrooms in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain, rinse and dry the mushrooms and enjoy them in your favourite recipe.
