These muffins are full of fibre, full of protein, vegan and don’t taste too bad either.
We only use plastic when we really have to, for example, items such as watercress can’t be delivered to you in good condition without it.
This is a firm fave at this time of year in our house. The Elderflower season is so short but so lovely. The sprays of distinct smelling flowers get me in the mood for sunny day cooking.
