Cooks & Co Dried Porcini Mushrooms
Directions: Place the dried mushrooms in a small bowl and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 30 minutes until soft then drain through a fine sieve and conserve the liquid for your recipe if required.
Serving suggestion – Great addition to sauces or Risottos’. Add them to potato gratin to create a flavourful side dish that would be the perfect accompaniment to any meal
