Slab Bakery Luxury Mulled Gin Christmas Pudding is a true original. Not only that, it’s also gluten free and vegan. Made with my original recipe favourite winter tipple, it’s packed with fruit and has the soft aromatic flavours of mulled gin and Christmas spices.

Free from gluten, palm oil, GMOs, artificial colours, artificial flavours, and artificial preservatives. Suitable for vegans.

Sultanas (35%) (sultanas, sunflower oil), demerara unrefined sugar, gluten free crumbs (rice flour, water, dextrose monohydrate, vegetable fibre ( E471), cider (Sulphur Dioxide), mixed peel (orange peel, lemon peel, corn syrup, salt, citric acid (Sulphur Dioxide)), gluten free flour blend (rice, tapioca and potato, thickener: xanthan gum), mulled gin (min 8%, gin, natural spices), molasses, corn syrup (Sulphur Dioxide) vegetable glycerine, natural mixed spices, food colouring (E150) salt, citric acid (potassium sorbate, lemon flavouring).
