Pears
In season we get our pears direct from the grower freshly picked to order from a farm less than 40 minutes away from Milton Keynes. As the season progresses we will endeavour to continue to stock from UK orchards.
We stock a range of varieties from the common Conference Pear to more unusual varieties such as Concordes or Red Doyenne Pears. The available varieties will change through the seasons.
Pears are one of the great British orchard fruits which grow particularly well in our climate. They are generally harvested before being fully ripe and then allowed to ripen off the tree. Some varieties of pear store reasonably well, such as the conference, allowing us to have British pears well after the season has finished. though they do not store as well as other orchard fruits such as Apples.

Our fruit box delivery is available throughout Milton Keynes. Choose from our selection of fresh local produce and other items. Pick your delivery date at the checkout and we will do the rest.
