Unfortunately we don’t have the climate for Lemons in the UK. I think we all wish we had a bit more sun! Like most citrus they are a great source of Vitamin C.
Lemons are also widely used as a cleaning agent. Due to their mildly acidic nature and pleasant scent there are a wealth of recipes online for things like washing up liquid and surface cleaner
